Thank you ‘Daily Mail’.
The link below connects to a story and video created by Savanna Tomei of WKOW, Channel 27, in Madison, Wisconsin in July of 2016:
Thanks so much Savanna for your understanding of my need to connect with my sons.
My friend’s daughter, Lilli, overheard her mom and I discussing upcoming activities for Never Stop Looking; the organization focusing on helping my Aunt Ruth locate her sons who were abducted as children.
It was clear that it had been weighing on Lilli because a few weeks later she told me she had something for me. She handed me a fist full of crumpled dollars “to help your aunt find her kids”. It was 10 dollars that she had saved from the tooth fairy. I was floored – very moved that she would give so much – everything she had.
I told her that her hope and generosity was inspiring and that I would surely match her donation. Lilli gave me permission to share her story in hoping that it would inspire others to do the same.
Please take the challenge and match Lilli’s donation to neverstoplooking.org and challenge your friends to do the same.
Thanks!
Jessi
